External security audit
Every year, our platform is audited by Synacktiv, an information systems security audit provider (PASSI) qualified by ANSSI (the French National Cybersecurity Agency).
This audit complements our Bug Bounty program.
Partner datacenters
Our production servers are hosted in the Paris region by Equinix, and our backups are stored several kilometers away at Digital Realty. Their datacenters are certified:
- ISO 27001: information security;
- ISO 22301: business continuity;
- ISO 14001 and ISO 50001: environmental and energy management;
- ISO 45001: occupational health and safety;
- HDS: health data hosting;
- PCI DSS: payment data security;
- SOC 2: internal controls.
